Natalie de Hoff Ross is the Founder and CEO of . Natalie has been actively involved in philanthropy and serves on several Boards. She is currently Chair of the Brearley School's B-STEAM educational program.

Before focusing on outreach, she was a seasoned operations executive with experience in consulting organizations as well as corporate environments specializing in compliance, operational change, corporate regulatory requirements, and M&A restructuring.

Natalie is fluent in German and French and has exhibited a track record of successful strategic and visionary assignments in the U.S. and Europe.

She holds four advanced degrees including an MPhil from NYU in 13th Century Germanic Languages and Literatures and Human Behavior.
